Join us for a Saturday morning gentle yoga class at the 7-acre Picture Perfect Ranch, and connect with human and animal friends.

Class will be led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, RYT-500.

Stay after class to snuggle some animals!

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and set up your yoga mat. The parking area is approx 400 feet from the practice space. A restroom is available.

Class will meet in the garden near the library, weather-permitting. Backup location is the Banquet Hall. A restroom is not available on days we meet outdoors, since the building is closed.

Offered monthly on Friday evenings June through August, the Sekoia™ Summer Night Yoga Series incorporates slow, flowing movement with restorative yoga, meditation, essential oils, and Reiki.
All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.
Each attendee will receive a ritual kit that includes a Sekoia™ essential oil sample, a practice card, and an audio meditation.
